本实验采用遥控监测法(?)对实验性暴发性大肠杆菌肢血性温病,卫气营血证候免模型的皮层脑电图变化(?)进行了系统的观察分析。结果表明:代表兔中枢神经活动处于兴奋状态的θ波,在温病卫气营血证候演变的不同时相中,呈现“W”形的变化:而代表中枢神经受阻抑的δ波.州呈现“M”形的变化.说明卫气营血证候传变过程中,神志变化的时相性具有脑电生理学变化的基础。提示脑电图的变化,可作为研究温病病机演变及重症患者辩证诊断、病情监测和预后判断的一个重要指标.
