本文探讨高职护理专业院校合作模式下,护理人才需求情况。采用便利抽样的方法,对不同等级的4所医院的临床专家进行问卷调查。医院对护理人才的需求类型、知识结构需求、能力结构需求、素质结构需求、专业证书需求共五个方面均有一定调整。得出结论,继续深化学校和医院的合作,采取多种方法完善教学体系及内容。
This article explores the needs of nursing talents under the cooperation model of vocational nursing colleges. Convenient sampling methods were used to conduct questionnaire surveys among clinical experts in four hospitals of different ranks. The hospital has some adjustments to the types of needs of nursing personnel, knowledge structure requirements, capacity structure requirements, quality structure requirements and professional certificate requirements in all five respects. Concluded, continue to deepen the cooperation between schools and hospitals, take various methods to improve the teaching system and content.
