2005年8月,在上海市中小学校长暑期专题培训总结大会上,上海市教委主任张伟江明确提出: 希望全体校长以最严格的要求提升师德。校长要学习政治理论,做高水平的科学教育的实践者;要学习中华民族优秀传统文化,做民族精神的传承者和教育者; 相互学习,做德高艺精的教育工作者。希望全体校长以最高标准推进教育改革。校长一定要确立育人为本的思想,做到有教无类,因材施教;一定要掌握教育规律,学会正确判断形势,不要被社会的消极面所影响和干扰,不要轻易放弃自己的优势;一定要规范教育教学行为的标准。要用最新的目标推进校长专业发展。培养出一批通今博古,知晓中外,既有理论又能实践的教育专家。实践出真知,教育工作者要勇于攻克难关。要派最优秀的校长去最困难的学校;要让校长在专业培训中提高领导和指导教师的能力。那校长们在日常的教育工作中如何开拓、创新昵?下面是上海市三位优秀校长的回答。
