俄罗斯下塔吉尔钢铁公司选择4种不同固态渣料分别加入到转炉出钢前钢包底、出钢后钢包表面、LF精炼时钢包钢水表面和中间包钢水表面;经过LF+RH精炼、钢水钙处理,“软吹氩”操作和宽板坯连铸,所生产的X70和X80管线钢化学成分达到碳含量不大于0.08%、硫含量不大于0.005%、磷含量不大于0.018%、钛和氮含量比为2.5~4.0;板坯表面没有发现偏析、角裂和星裂,点状不均匀性缺陷为0级,疏松不大于1.5级,偏析不大于1.0级,裂纹不大于0.5级;力学性能抗拉强度达到640MPa以上。总体上,所生产的X70和X80管线钢板坯达到了API5L标准要求。
