采用溶液法,合成了耐热型丙烯酸酯压敏胶。研究了单体加入方式、溶剂及加入方式、反应温度、反应时间等对压敏胶性能的影响。当反应条件为:以乙酸乙酯和甲苯混合物为溶剂,在83℃条件下,分批加料,反应时间为8h,所得压敏胶性能较好。所制备的压敏胶初黏力为5#钢球;室温下持黏力大于24h,150℃下持黏力为24min;180°剥离强度高达27.1N/25mm。
Using solution method, a heat-resistant acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive was synthesized. The effects of monomer addition, solvent and addition method, reaction temperature and reaction time on the properties of PSA were studied. When the reaction conditions are: ethyl acetate and toluene mixture as a solvent at 83 ° C under the conditions of partial feeding, the reaction time is 8h, the pressure-sensitive adhesive obtained better performance. The prepared pressure-sensitive adhesive initial adhesion is 5 # steel balls; the holding viscosity at room temperature is greater than 24 h, the holding force at 150 ° C. is 24 min; the peel strength at 180 ° is up to 27.1 N / 25 mm.
