今年1月,我以一名知识产权法官的身份赴美参加为期29天的知识产权高层次人才培训项目。2013年,我曾在香港城市大学修读普通法硕士一年,当时学习成绩最好的科目就是知识产权国际比较法。因此,我对于此次能够重回校园学习美国知识产权法律制度抱有期待,临行前还特意找出此前在香港读书时的学习笔记塞进行李中。
In January this year, I went to the United States for a 29-day high-level intellectual property training program as an intellectual property judge. In 2013, I studied for one year as a Master of Laws in City University of Hong Kong. The best subject of my study at that time was International Comparative Law in Intellectual Property. Therefore, I have the expectation that I can return to school to study the legal system of intellectual property in the United States. Before I left, I also earnestly searched for Li Zhong, a study note from my previous study in Hong Kong.
