对有上消化道症状而进行胃镜检查的98例确诊为慢性胃窦炎患者进行CP检检查,24小时80例阳性,阳性率81％;48小时以内93例为阳性,阳性率95％。研究结果表明,CP与我国慢性胃窦炎发病可能有关。CP检测以尿素酶检测法较好。
98 cases diagnosed with upper gastrointestinal symptoms who had gastroscopy were diagnosed as chronic antral gastritis by CP test. The positive rate was 81% in 24 hours and 93 cases in 48 hours, the positive rate was 95%. The results show that CP may be related to the pathogenesis of chronic gastritis in our country. CP test urease test is better.
