Determination of chlordimeform in the air with naphthyl ethylenediamine hydrochloride colorimetric method, but the chlordimeform intermediate and its decomposition products have interference, can not meet the requirements of the field test. Gas chromatography has been used in the analysis of finished products and metabolites of chlordimeform, but the analysis time is longer, and can cause the decomposition of intermediates. In order to overcome these shortcomings and to meet the need of analyzing air samples, we studied the effects of different carriers and fixatives on column efficiency and resolution.
