企业给员工支付薪酬的目的在于支持人力资源系统,最终增强企业的核心竞争能力。薪酬不是激励员工的唯一方法,却是一个非常重要、最易被人运用的方法。薪酬总额相同,但支付的方式不同,就会取得不同的效果。所以,如何实现薪酬效能的最大化,是企业共同关注的话题。要想使薪酬既有奖励效果,又有利于员工队伍的稳定,就要在薪酬制度上充分重视并发挥激励功能。
The purpose of the company’s payment of compensation to employees is to support the human resources system and ultimately enhance the company’s core competitiveness.
