高校图书馆是为高校的教育教学工作服务的重要机构,其教育的综合实力在很大程度上影响了高校的办学质量。文章提出了教育力的概念并阐述了其内涵,分析了目前高校图书馆教育力的基本状况,提出了增强高校图书馆教育力的四个策略,即提升馆员素质,引进高端人才;优化馆藏结构,整序电子资源;搭建网上教学平台,主动参与教学;组建校内名人团,建立Human Book阅览室。
University library is an important institution serving the education and teaching work in colleges and universities. The comprehensive strength of education greatly affects the quality of running a university. The article puts forward the concept of education force and expounds its connotation, analyzes the current situation of university library education and proposes four strategies to enhance the education power of university library, that is to improve the quality of librarians and to introduce high-end talents. Structure, and reorganization of electronic resources; build online teaching platform, take the initiative to participate in teaching; set up a group of celebrities inside the school, the establishment of Human Book reading room.
