目的 :用百力特或狄奥宁滴眼 ,比较其治疗人工晶体植入术后人工晶体前膜的疗效。方法 :2 4只成年纯系新西兰白兔的 4 8只眼 ,随机分为 3组 :百力特治疗组 (A组 ) ,狄奥宁治疗组 (B组 ) ,空白对照组 (C组 )。 4 8只兔眼均行晶体囊外摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术 ,术后 1,3,5 ,7,14 ,2 1及 30d定量动态观察人工晶体前膜的情况。结果 :A组的前膜低于B ,C组 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;B组前膜低于C组 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :百力特与狄奥宁滴眼均能有效治疗人工晶体植入术后人工晶体前膜 ,百力特的疗效优于狄奥宁。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the curative effect of intraocular lens (IOL) before and after intraocular lens implantation with Batrox or Dionin eye drops. Methods: Forty eight eyes of 24 adult purebred New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: Baili Te treatment group (A group), Diao Ning treatment group (B group), blank control group (C group) . Forty eight rabbits underwent extracapsular lens extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Quantitative dynamic observation of the anterior lens membrane was performed at 1, 3, 5, 7, 14, 21 and 30 days after operation. Results: The anterior membrane in group A was lower than that in group B and C (P> 0.05); the membrane in group B was lower than that in group C (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Allitect and Dionin eye drops are effective in the treatment of IOL after IOL implantation. The effect of Baili Te is better than Diorin.
