《电子制作》96年第5期刊登了张义方先生对95年9期“智能电话线路控制器”一文的纠错及改进意见,读后很受启发。但文中有些概念似有商榷的必要。在文中,“2.…流过D6的电流不足10mA,而一般稳压管的工作电流Iz≥5mA…如此小的Iz电流,D6不发生齐纳击穿”是不对的。的确,稳压管技术指标中有一项“工作电流”Iz,通常要求Iz为5~10mA。这是因为当Iz大于此值时稳压管的动态电阻已趋于较小的值(如2CW7C,当Iz=5mA时r_z为18Ω;10mA时为8Ω;20mA时为2Ω),因而能呈现出较好的稳压效
