建立简便、经济、快速、敏感的红细胞生成素测定方法。方法通过测定盐酸苯肼处理小鼠脾细胞对３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入率的变化，间接反映样品中红细胞生成素的浓度。结果上述脾细胞对３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ的掺入率与培养液中红细胞生成素的浓度呈正相关，敏感性高，稳定性强。结论ＲＰＭＩ１６４０培养液适合上述脾细胞生长。该红细胞生成素的测定方法可用于临床，特别适用于大样本的检测。
Establish a simple, economical, rapid and sensitive method for the determination of erythropoietin. Methods The change of incorporation rate of 3H-TdR in mouse splenocytes treated with Phenylhydrazine Hydrochloride was measured, which indirectly reflected the concentration of erythropoietin in the samples. Results The incorporation rate of 3H-TdR in spleen cells was positively correlated with the concentration of erythropoietin in the culture medium, with high sensitivity and stability. Conclusion RPMI1640 culture medium is suitable for the above spleen cell growth. The method for the determination of erythropoietin can be used clinically and is particularly suitable for the detection of large samples.
