(接上期)关键词三:二度反思每位班主任都可以成为一个故事盒子。在成长过程中,我们不断将成长过程中经历的教育故事,沉淀到我们的成长资料库,成为我们独特的人生经历。重新审视成长资料库,通过二度反思,可以解读出旧故事的新意义,通过对比来反观自己的成长。以前朋友问我,你从教以来最满意的教育案例是什么?我会毫不犹豫地推荐《班上突现斧头帮》作为我个人的经典教育案例。现在,当我重新审视这个案例时,反倒觉得其中问题多多。
