“一带一路”发展战略是一个参与者合作共赢、共同发展的战略。广西作为“一带一路”有机衔接的重要门户,要发挥其独有的海陆对接东盟国家的优势,建设一批有利于我国与“一带一路”国家交流合作的重大项目,以此推进“一带一路”建设。本文从战略意义、建设条件和基础,以及战略措施等方面论述了建设广西北部湾国际邮轮母港的重要性和紧迫性。
“Belt and Road” development strategy is a strategy of win-win cooperation and common development for all participants. As an important gateway to organic convergence of the “One Belt and One Road”, Guangxi should give full play to its unique advantage of docking with the ASEAN countries and establish a number of major projects conducive to our country’s exchanges and cooperation with the “Belt and Road” countries so as to promote “Belt and Road” building. This article discusses the importance and urgency of building the Beibu Gulf International Cruise Home Port in terms of its strategic significance, construction conditions and basis, and strategic measures.
