Joining the WTO will have a comprehensive and profound impact on all aspects of China’s economy, trade, politics and law. The accession to WTO has brought both opportunities and challenges to China. Accession to the WTO has become a propeller of the Chinese government in accelerating the transformation of government functions, speeding up institutional reforms and legalization.
