目的评价不同健康教育方法对社区艾滋病(AIDS)患者HIV/AIDS综合防治知识的干预效果。方法在南海区“艾滋病综合防治信息管理系统”中随机选择部分符合条件的AIDS患者,将患者随机分为干预组和对照组,分别实施不同措施的健康教育,6个月后对全部患者进行干预效果评估。结果干预后干预患者HIV/AIDS相关知识总体知晓率43.00%,总得分均值为10.52±5.43分;对照患者总体知晓率为34.4%,总得分均值为8.57±4.48分;干预组总得分高于对照组患者(P=0.009)。多因素Logistic回归分显示,文化程度越高,AIDS患者HIV/AIDS相关知识知晓率越高(OR=1.329);自我管理教育相对于常规健康教育对提高患者HIV/AIDS相关知识知晓率干预效果更好(OR=1.196)。结论自我管理教育对于提高AIDS患者相关知识水平的干预效果优于一般性健康教育,适合在HIV感染者/AIDS患者中推广。
Objective To evaluate the intervention effects of different health education methods on HIV / AIDS comprehensive prevention and control knowledge in community AIDS patients.
