目的探究辛伐他汀治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并肺动脉高压患者的临床疗效。方法将2012-01~2015-12本院收治的100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺动脉高压患者随机分为2组,每组50例。对照组采取常规治疗方案,观察组在常规治疗方案的基础上加用辛伐他汀。治疗3个月和6个月后比较2组患者的临床总有效率,并对2组患者治疗前后的肺通气功能、肺动脉收缩压、动脉血氧分压及动脉二氧化碳分压进行比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗3个月后、6个月后的临床总有效率均明显更高(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗后3个月和6个月,2组患者的肺通气功能、肺动脉收缩压、动脉血氧分压、动脉二氧化碳分压等指标均显著改善(P<0.05),但在治疗后,观察组的各项指标较对照组均明显更优(P<0.05)。结论在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺动脉高压的临床治疗中,采用辛伐他汀治疗具有显著的疗效,能够有效改善患者的肺通气功能,控制肺动脉压,改善血氧状况。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of simvastatin in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with pulmonary hypertension. Methods 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary hypertension treated in our hospital from January 2012 to 2015-12 were randomly divided into 2 groups (50 in each group). Control group to take conventional treatment programs, the observation group in the conventional treatment programs based on the addition of simvastatin. The total effective rate was compared between the two groups after 3 months and 6 months of treatment. The pulmonary ventilation, pulmonary systolic pressure, arterial oxygen pressure and arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure were compared before and after treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the total clinical effective rate of the observation group after 3 months of treatment was significantly higher after 6 months (P <0.05). Compared with those before treatment, pulmonary ventilation, pulmonary systolic pressure, arterial oxygen pressure and arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure were significantly improved (P <0.05) in both groups at 3 and 6 months after treatment After treatment, the indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pulmonary hypertension, the treatment with simvastatin has significant curative effect, which can effectively improve the pulmonary ventilation function, control the pulmonary arterial pressure and improve the blood oxygen condition.
