廉政是社会主义政权建设中的一部分。廉政指的是:政府取之于民者少,而用之于民者多;亦即政府最小限度地向人民索取,却最大限度地为人民作贡献,全心全意地为人民服务。再者,廉政意味着反对腐败。凡是国家机关工作人员以及由政府任命的其他人员(包括公营企业和事业的负责人)不搞特权,不以权谋私,不搞任何形式的不正之风,遵纪守法,廉洁奉公,坚持艰苦朴素的优良作风,这就是廉政的重要表现。历史上封建社会、资本主义社会也讲廉政。但他们的廉政也罢,
