静音雨棚产品设计的特点是增加了波浪形雨水排水沟,雨水击落在波浪面时能快速分解,排出快,噪声小。针对静音雨棚一次性冲压成形中的起皱、拉破等问题,进行了模具结构优化设计,采用320,400,480和560 mm的镶拼块镶拼出各种型号的静音雨棚冲压模具,使用消失模铸造模具毛坯,选用SNJ-500-32氮气弹簧作为压延筋凸模底部的弹性元件。研究结果表明,采用优化模具进行静音雨棚产品的冲压试验,静音雨棚成形件未发生起皱现象,成形产品质量满足设计要求,该产品已投入批量生产,并产生了良好的经济效益。
Silent canopy product design features an increase of wavy rainwater drains, rain shot down in the wave surface can be quickly decomposed, fast discharge, low noise. In order to solve the problems of wrinkling and breaking in the one-time stamping of silent canopy, the mold structure optimization design was carried out. The 320,400,480 and 560 mm inlay blocks were used to spell out various types of silent canopy stamping dies, Casting mold blanks, the use of SNJ-500-32 nitrogen spring crook punch as the bottom of the elastic element. The results show that the optimized mold is used for the stamping test of mute canopy products, the phenomenon of wrinkling is not occurred in the silent canopy forming parts and the quality of forming products meets the design requirements. The product has been put into mass production and has good economic benefits.
