唾液溶菌酶的测定属无创性。本研究对 18名游泳运动员进行了为期 8天的不同强度负荷游泳训练 ,采用琼脂平皿扩散法测定了受试者唾液溶菌酶滴定值 ,并同步测定了血红蛋白、血尿素和尿白蛋白作对照。结果表明 :唾液溶菌酶对运动负荷反应灵敏 ,所反映的机能状态与血尿素、尿Alb所反映的相似 ,提示唾液溶菌酶有可能作为运动员训练中运动量评定的无创性指标 ;但唾液溶菌酶SD值较大 ,应用该值进行评定时 ,需区别对待。
Saliva lysozyme determination is noninvasive. In this study, 18 swimmers were trained with different intensity load swimming for 8 days. The salivary lysozyme titration value was determined by agar diffusion method, and hemoglobin, blood urea and urine albumin were simultaneously measured. The results showed that salivary lysozyme was sensitive to exercise load and reflected the functional status similar to that of blood urea and urine Alb, suggesting that salivary lysozyme may be used as a noninvasive index for exercise assessment in athlete training. However, salivary lysozyme SD Larger value, the value of the application of assessment, the need to be treated differently.
