〔目的〕通过了解温州口岸蝇类携带肠道致病菌情况的研究,为媒介生物防制和传染病监测工作提供科学依据。〔方法〕2007年1—12月在温州机场、龙湾码头、七里港码头3个地方,选择生活区、食堂、垃圾场作为调查点。将各点捕获的蝇类分类、分组后,对蝇体表、体内携带的细菌进行定量培养和鉴定。〔结果〕蝇类体表、体内携带的细菌很多,但绝大部份为人体肠道正常菌和条件致病菌。其中(大肠埃希菌除外)以变形杆菌属和普罗威登菌属最为常见;其次为哈夫尼菌属和肠杆菌属等细菌;偶有检出沙雷菌属、摩根菌属、假单胞菌属、产碱杆菌属等的细菌。〔结论〕蝇类携带的细菌与其孳生环境密切相关,故搞好环境卫生是防止蝇类机械性传播疾病的关键。
[Objective] The research aimed to understand the situation of intestinal pathogenic bacteria carried by flies in Wenzhou port and provide a scientific basis for the monitoring of vector biological control and infectious diseases. [Method] From January to December 2007, 3 places of Wenzhou Airport, Longwan Wharf and Qili Ligang Pier were selected as living quarters, canteens and garbage dumps. The flies captured at each point were classified and grouped. The bacteria in the body surface and body were quantitatively cultured and identified. [Results] flies body surface, the body carries a lot of bacteria, but the vast majority of human intestinal normal bacteria and opportunistic pathogens. Among them (except Escherichia coli) to Proteus and Providencia most common; followed by Hafnia and Enterobacter bacteria; occasional detection of Serratia, Morgan genus, a single Bacillus, Alcaligenes and other bacteria. [Conclusion] The bacteria carried by flies are closely related to their breeding environment. Therefore, improving sanitation is the key to preventing mechanical transmission diseases of flies.
