面对竞争日趋激烈的外部环境和社会对技能型人才的精细化要求,高职院校必须从内涵建设入手,在人才培养模式、实习实训基地、课程体系、教学团队以及社会服务等方面打造具有高职院校自身特色的办学模式。大连职业技术学院在实践中以校企合作为基础、以工学结合为抓手,积极打造专业特色,主动服务区域经济建设和社会发展,以获得持续竞争力。
