变速器中的齿轮总成焊接后,齿轮总成上的离合器壳会发生焊接变形,必须经过校正后才能使用。按照传统的校正方法和工艺,生产效率和校正后的合格率低,不能满足大批量生产的需求,为了解决这一问题,设计了专用齿轮总成校正机。该校正机由机械部分、液压系统、电控系统等3部分组成,通过快换5种高度调整套,来适应6种不同齿轮总成的要求,并通过百分表实现了在线监测及电控系统防止过载的限位控制,可确保校正后的齿轮总成变形量在要求范围之内。经过使用验证,该机构使用方便、快捷、安全,效果显著,生产效率和合格率大大提高,该机构经济可靠,值得推广应用。
After the gear assembly in the transmission is welded, the clutch housing on the gear assembly will undergo welding deformation and must be corrected before it can be used. According to the traditional calibration methods and processes, the production efficiency and the corrected pass rate are low, which can not meet the demand of mass production. In order to solve this problem, a special gear assembly calibrator is designed. The calibration machine is composed of three parts, mechanical part, hydraulic system and electric control system. Five kinds of height adjustment sleeves are used to adapt to the requirements of 6 different gear assemblies.
