目的观察尿路结石患者采用体外冲击波碎石治疗疗效。方法对华北石油井下医院2009-02-2010-07收治的61例尿路结石患者采用体外冲击波碎石治疗。结果 61例治愈41例,有效16例,治愈率67.2%,治疗总有效率93.4%。出院后进行2～3个月随访,未见一例复发。结论体外冲击波碎石创伤小、临床疗效显著、并发症少,可作为尿路结石治疗的首选方法。
Objective To observe the efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in patients with urolithiasis. Methods Sixty-one patients with urolithiasis treated by North China Oilfield Downhole Hospitals 2009-02-2010-07 were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. Results 61 cases were cured in 41 cases, effective in 16 cases, the cure rate was 67.2%, the total effective rate was 93.4%. After discharge for 2 to 3 months follow-up, no case of recurrence. Conclusions Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy is small and has obvious curative effect and few complications. It can be used as the first choice for the treatment of urolithiasis.
