目的探究粉尘螨滴剂对过敏性结膜炎治疗的安全性和有效性。方法 96例过敏性结膜炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组患者使用安慰剂进行治疗,观察组患者使用粉尘螨滴剂进行治疗,观察并比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果对照组患者治疗的总有效率为35.42%,观察组患者治疗的总有效率为93.75%,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论粉尘螨滴剂对过敏性结膜炎有较为理想的效果,能显著提高治疗的总有效率,同时大大降低不良反应的发生率,临床作用良好,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of dust mite drops in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis. Methods 96 cases of allergic conjunctivitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each 48 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with placebo. Patients in the observation group were treated with dust mite drops. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 35.42%. The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%. The observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion Dust mite drops have an ideal effect on allergic conjunctivitis, can significantly improve the total effective rate of treatment, while greatly reducing the incidence of adverse reactions, good clinical effect, it is worth promoting the application.
