目的:分析米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤在宫外孕治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取宫外孕患者64例,随机分为两组各32例,对照组给予甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组给予米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、血β-HCG转阴时间、住院时间均优于对照组。结论:米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤对宫外孕患者有良好治疗效果且安全性高,值得推广。
Objective: To analyze the value of mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods: 64 cases of ectopic pregnancy were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 32 cases. The control group was treated with methotrexate. The observation group was given mifepristone combined with methotrexate. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results: The observation group, the total effective rate of treatment, adverse reactions, blood β-HCG negative time, hospitalization were better than the control group. Conclusion: Mifepristone combined with methotrexate has good therapeutic effect on ectopic pregnancy and is safe and worthy of promotion.
