采用热重分析仪及热裂解气相色谱/质谱联用仪对卷烟纸用纤维原料针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、麻浆与烟草浆样纤维进行热失重和热裂解分析。结果表明:4种纤维原料的热解行为反映的主要是纤维素、半纤维素两种组分的热解。同时烟草浆料热解过程中受木素和丰富的溶剂抽提物热解影响,与其余3种纤维原料热失重过程有明显差异,表现为第一和第二失重段的起始失重温度和最大失重速率温度都较其余3种纤维低。比较330、400、450、510℃时4种纤维的热裂解产物,烟草浆料裂解产物丰富,麻浆热裂解产物最少。其中330℃和400℃烟草浆料裂解产生的致香物质数量和释放量明显高于其余3种,450℃和510℃烟草浆料裂与其余3种纤维原料相差不大。
The thermogravimetric analysis and pyrolysis gas chromatography / mass spectrometry (GC / MS) were used to analyze the weight loss and pyrolysis of the fiber raw material softwood pulp, hardwood pulp, hemp pulp and tobacco pulp fiber. The results show that the pyrolysis behavior of four kinds of fiber materials mainly reflects the pyrolysis of two components of cellulose and hemicellulose. At the same time, the pyrolysis of tobacco pulp was affected by the pyrolysis of lignin and abundant solvent extracts, which was significantly different from the thermogravimetric process of the other three kinds of fiber raw materials. The initial weight loss temperature and The maximum weight loss rate temperature is lower than the other three kinds of fiber. The pyrolysis products of four kinds of fibers at 330, 400, 450 and 510 ℃ were compared. The pyrolysis products of tobacco pulp were abundant, and the pyrolysis products of hemp pulp were the least. Among them, the amount and the amount of aroma components released by the pyrolysis of tobacco pulp at 330 ℃ and 400 ℃ were obviously higher than those at the other three. The split of tobacco pulp at 450 ℃ and 510 ℃ was similar to that of the other three kinds of fiber materials.
