目的:比较常规凿骨劈冠法与超声骨刀法在拔除下颌低位阻生智齿时的临床效果。方法:选取求拔除下颌阻生智齿的患者60例,随机分为A、B两组,采用随机分组的自身交叉对照设计方法,A组一侧先用超声骨刀法(实验组)拔除,另一侧用传统凿骨劈冠法(对照组)拔除。B组顺序相反,对比临床效果。结果:使用超声刀骨法拔除的下颌低位阻生智齿的患者的手术时间、出血量和术后疼痛感均小于传统法拔除侧,术后肿胀程度和张口受限的数量明显少于传统法,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :超声骨刀法优于传统凿骨劈冠法,超声骨刀更好体现微创牙槽外科的特点,值得临床进一步推广。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the clinical efficacy of conventional chisel splitting and ultrasonic osteotome in the removal of lower mandibular impacted wisdom teeth. Methods: Sixty patients with mandibular impacted wisdom teeth were randomly divided into A and B groups. Randomized crossover design was adopted. One side of group A was removed with ultrasonic bone knife method (experimental group) One side with the traditional chisel split crown method (control group) removed. Group B in the opposite order, the clinical effect. Results: The operation time, bleeding volume and postoperative pain sensation of patients with lower mandibular impacted wisdom teeth extracted by ultrasonic scalpel were less than those of the traditional method. The number of postoperative swelling and limited mouth opening was significantly less than that of the traditional method. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The ultrasonic osteotome method is superior to the traditional chisel splitting method. Ultrasound osteotome is better to reflect the characteristics of minimally invasive alveolar surgery and is worth further promotion in clinic.
