球状聚氯乙烯与浓硫酸、氯磺酸反应,制得了数种球状氯乙烯系强酸性阳离子交换树脂.测定及研究了所得强酸树脂的性能.结果表明:浓硫酸为磺化剂的 SI 系列强酸树脂,强酸交换量为1.6~2.0毫克当量/克,膨胀率<50%,H—式树脂的耐磨率在80~95%之间;氯磺酸为磺化剂的 SII 系列强酸树脂,强酸交换量为2.5~3.5毫克当量/克,膨胀率<80%,H—式树脂的耐磨率在97~99%之间,扫描电子显微镜的测试表明,该类强酸树脂也具有典型的大孔树脂结构.因此,本实验所得的球状氯乙烯系强酸性阳离子交换树脂具有一定的应用价值.
