目的:对月腺大戟根中的2种主要三萜类成分β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(化合物Ⅰ)和24-亚甲基环阿尔廷醇(化合物Ⅱ)进行含量测定。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用Agilent HC-C8柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(85∶15),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长205 nm,柱温25℃。结果:化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ进样量均在0.1~5.0μg范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数均在0.9998以上(n=6);平均回收率(n=6)分别为99.3%和96.9%,RSD分别为1.9%和0.86%。结论:本方法能够准确测定月腺大戟根中2种主要三萜类成分的含量。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of β-amyrin acetate (compound Ⅰ) and 24-methylene ring amoxicin (compound Ⅱ), two main triterpenes in the root of Euphorbia. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (85:15) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 using an Agilent HC-C8 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) nm, column temperature 25 ℃. Results: The linear correlations were obtained in the range of 0.1 ~ 5.0 μg with the correlation coefficients of 0.9998 (n = 6) and the average recoveries (n = 6) of 99.3% and 96.9%, respectively , RSD was 1.9% and 0.86% respectively. Conclusion: This method can accurately determine the content of two main triterpenes in the root of Euphorbia.
