采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定56例动脉粥样硬化性脑梗塞和33例腔隙性脑梗塞患者血浆氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(OXLDL)浓度,旨在研究OXLDL测定在缺血性脑卒中(ICVD)诊断中的应用。结果显示ICVD各组血浆OXLDL浓度均不同程度地高于对照组,差别均具有显著意义(P<0.01)。动脉粥样硬化性脑梗塞组高于腔隙性脑梗塞组(P<0.01)。提示血浆OXLDL浓度升高与发生动脉粥样硬化性脑梗塞有关,血浆OXLDL浓度可作为动脉粥样硬化性脑梗塞常规性的辅助诊断指标。
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine the concentration of oxidized low density lipoprotein (OXLDL) in 56 patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction and 33 patients with lacunar infarction. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of OXLDL in ischemic brain Stroke (ICVD) diagnosis. The results showed that the plasma concentrations of OXLDL in ICVD groups were all higher than those in the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.01). Atherosclerotic cerebral infarction group than lacunar infarction group (P <0.01). Prompted plasma OXLDL concentration and occurrence of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction, plasma OXLDL concentration can be used as routine auxiliary diagnosis of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.
