实践性知识作为支配教师日常教学行为的重要因素,在教师专业发展中发挥着重要作用。然而,因其依存于具体情境,具有缄默性特征,使其只能以“意会”方式被体察,而未能在教师群体间得到有效交流。为此,文章首先介绍了教师实践性知识的内涵及现状,然后结合Transana的搜索及联结功能,从科目知识、情境与学生知识、教师自我知识三个维度展开分析,以期为教师获取、更新实践性知识提供有益启示。
Practical knowledge as an important factor that dominates teachers’ daily teaching behavior plays an important role in teacher professional development. However, because of its dependence on the specific situation and its characteristic of being silent, it can only be perceived by the “mind” and can not be effectively communicated among the teachers. To this end, the article first introduces the connotation and current status of teachers ’practical knowledge, then combines with Transana’s search and link function to analyze from the three dimensions of subject knowledge, situation and student knowledge, and teacher self knowledge, in order to acquire and update teachers’ Sexual knowledge provides useful inspiration.
