探讨了含钇药芯焊丝熔池过渡条件下,碱性焊条焊缝金属低温韧性与钇含量、微观组织和夹杂物分布之间的关系,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜对组织和夹杂物分布的定量分析揭示了钇在碱性焊条焊缝中的韧化机理。
The relationship between the low temperature toughness of the weld metal and the distribution of yttrium, microstructure and inclusions of alkaline welding rod under the molten pool transition condition of yttrium containing flux cored wire was discussed. The distribution of microstructure and inclusions by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope Quantitative analysis reveals the toughening mechanism of yttrium in alkaline welding seam.
