为加强人才队伍建设,提高劳动者素质,设计研究了一套液位自动控制系统仿真平台。该仿真平台以锥形容器作为调节对象,利用现场广泛应用的PLC控制技术,对其液位进行自动调节。该仿真平台在各种技能竞赛及职称聘任考核中发挥着重要作用,同时还能模拟现场离线调试,指导生产。
In order to strengthen the construction of qualified personnel and improve the quality of laborers, a set of simulation platform for level automatic control system was designed and studied. The simulation platform to conical container as the regulation object, the use of PLC control technology widely used on the scene, its level automatically adjust. The simulation platform in a variety of skills competitions and job title appraisal plays an important role, but also simulate off-site commissioning to guide the production.
