采用压缩试验,在排除了金属通电时热效应的影响之后,对Al-Cu合金的电塑性效应进行研究。结果表明:电塑性效应主要发生在金属塑性变形阶段,电塑性效应随塑性变形量的增加而提高,即位错密度的增加能提高电塑性效应的效果;在相应变形程度下,只有第一次电脉冲能产生明显电塑性效应,即Al-Cu合金的电塑性效应存在阀值现象。
The compression test was used to study the electrical and plastic effects of Al-Cu alloys after eliminating the effects of thermal effects during metal energization. The results show that the electro-plastic effect mainly occurs in the plastic deformation stage of the metal. The plastic effect increases with the increase of the plastic deformation, that is, the increase of the dislocation density can improve the effect of the electro-plastic effect. Under the corresponding degree of deformation, Pulse can produce significant electrical and plastic effect, that is, Al-Cu alloy electroplastic effect threshold phenomenon.
