我国现行的汽车维护制度贯彻“预防为主,强制维护”的原则。“预防为主”的设备管理原则世界通行,只有做好事前的预防性工作,才能使设备经常保持良好的技术状况,减少故障频率,降低消耗,延长使用寿命。“强制维护”是为了进一步强调维护的重要性和必要性,审视车辆的维护,防止因追求眼前利益而不及时维护,导致车况严重下降,影响安全生产。
The current system of vehicle maintenance in our country implements the principle of “prevention first, mandatory maintenance”. “Prevention-based ” equipment management principles world-wide, and only preventive work prior to doing so in order to maintain good equipment, technical conditions, reduce the frequency of failure, reduce consumption, extend the service life. “Mandatory maintenance ” is to further emphasize the importance and necessity of maintenance. It examines the maintenance of vehicles and prevents them from being promptly maintained due to the immediate interests. As a result, the serious reduction of vehicle conditions will affect safety in production.
