目的探讨小儿嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎诊断和治疗。方法收集5例小儿嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎患儿的临床表现、实验室资料、胃肠镜检查结果并进行分析。结果小儿嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎临床表现多样,无特异性,内镜下胃肠黏膜呈充血、糜烂为主,病理检查胃肠黏膜有嗜酸性粒细胞浸润(>25个/HP)。饮食疗法和抗过敏治疗效果较好。结论小儿嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎临床表现存在多样性,无特异性,饮食疗法和抗过敏治疗效果良好。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric eosinophilic gastroenteritis. Methods The clinical manifestations, laboratory data and gastrointestinal endoscopy findings of 5 pediatric patients with eosinophilic gastroenteritis were collected and analyzed. Results The clinical manifestations of pediatric eosinophilic gastroenteritis were diverse and nonspecific. The endoscopic gastrointestinal mucosa was hyperemic and erosive with pathological examination of eosinophilic infiltration (> 25 cells / HP). Diet therapy and anti-allergy treatment is better. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of pediatric eosinophilic gastroenteritis diversity, non-specific, diet therapy and anti-allergy treatment effect is good.
