科学技术特别是信息技术的飞速发展,正在引起军事领域发生一系列革命性变化,这些变化的集中体现是信息化战争时代的来临。所谓信息化战争就是以信息为基础的战争,它的两个最突出的特点是远程精确打击和信息战。航天系统的独特作用,正日益成为信息化战争致胜的关键。目前,以美国为代表的许多国家已把航天力量作为未来实施国家军事战略和进行战争的主要依靠力量,并加紧拟订新的空间战略与规划。
The rapid development of science and technology, especially information technology, is causing a series of revolutionary changes in the military field. The concentrated manifestation of these changes is the advent of an era of information warfare. The so-called information warfare is information-based warfare. Its two most prominent features are remote precision combat and information warfare. The unique role of aerospace systems is increasingly becoming the key to the success of informational warfare. At present, many countries represented by the United States have taken space and space force as their main force for future implementation of the national military strategy and war and stepped up preparations for a new space strategy and planning.
