目的:研究蓼科酸模属植物巴天酸模根部的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20分离纯化巴天酸模根部的化学成分,并通过理化性质与光谱数据鉴定所得化合物结构。结果:从巴天酸模根部共分离得到7个单体化合物,分别鉴定为:酸模素(1)、酸模素-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、大黄酚-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、大黄素-6-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、大黄素-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、1,3,5-三羟基-7-甲基蒽醌(6)、大黄素甲醚-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)。结论:其中,化合物1为首次从巴天酸模中分离得到,化合物6为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the roots of Polygonum spp. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20. The structures of the obtained compounds were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Seven monomer compounds were isolated from the roots of P. acidophilus and identified as acid (1), acid-8-O-β-D-glucoside (2), chrysophanol-8-O- β-D-glucoside (3), emodin-6-O-β-D-glucoside (4), emodin-8-O- Trihydroxy-7-methylanthraquinone (6), and physcion-8-O-β-D-glucoside (7). Conclusion: Among them, compound 1 was isolated from the acid form of P. sibirica for the first time, and compound 6 was isolated from this genus for the first time.
