应用气相色谱法研究了温度对丙烯腈-丙烯酸甲酯水相沉淀共聚合竞聚率的影响,测得30℃时r_1=0.96,r_2=1.18;40℃时r_1=0.83,r_2=1.17;50℃时r_1=0.70,r_2=1.17;60℃时r_1=0.68,r_2=1.10,竞聚串与反应温度的关系为:1nr_1=-4.043+1207/T,1nr_2=-0.01360+51.68/T。发现共聚物沉淀粒子的表面吸附作用对该共聚体系竞聚率的温度依赖性有很大影响。
The effect of temperature on the reactivity ratio of acrylonitrile-methyl acrylate aqueous precipitation copolymerization was studied by gas chromatography. The values of r_1 = 0.96 and r_2 = 1.18 at 30 ℃ and r_1 = 0.83 and r_2 = 1.17 at 40 ℃ R = 0.70 and r = 1.17 respectively at 60 ℃, r_1 = 0.68 and r_2 = 1.10 at 60 ℃. The relationship between reaction string and reaction temperature is 1nr_1 = -4.043 + 1207 / T and 1nr_2 = -0.01360 + 51.68 / T. It was found that the surface adsorption of the precipitated particles of the copolymer has a great influence on the temperature dependence of the reactivity ratio of the copolymer.
