大跃进以来,由于党的正确领导,在开展群众性的技术革新和技术革命运动中,同志们发挥了创造精神,在钻探主要工序方面实现了拧卸钻具机械化;不停车导杆卡盘;立轴导管滚珠轴承化和手轮给进操作盘等四种新机具.其主要使用在手把式KAM-500型钻机和B-3型1000米钻机上.经过几年来的使用,效果很好,使手把式钻机操作的安全问题和笨重劳动都有了很大程度的改进,同时也提高了钻进效率.其主要结构、技术性能、操作和维护方法分述如下:
