现代大型物流商储建筑由于造型和使用功能的需要,往往会使防火分区面积过大、安全疏散距离过长,超过规范要求;如果严格依据现行消防规范标准条款进行把关设计,则许多类似大型建筑工程就无法实现功能化设计要求。因此,依托性能化设计,利用建筑中庭、天井等共享空间作为亚安全区的设计方案,可以很好地解决防火分区和安全疏散距离问题。本文以山东德州市目前最大的物流批发项目———东北商贸物流城1~3号交易广场为例进行探讨。
