针对航空发动机内外双转子系统不对中问题,以某航空发动机转子系统为对象,运用转子动力学有限元分析方法,给出内外双转子系统中介轴承的处理方法,建立内外双转子系统动力学模型。通过数值计算,得到该双转子系统的固有频率和振型,对比分析考虑外转子(高压转子)支撑轴承不对中的转子振动响应。
Aiming at the misalignment of aero-engine internal and external double-rotor system, aeroengine rotor system is taken as an object, the rotor dynamic finite element analysis method is used to deal with the internal and external double-rotor system intermediate bearing, and the dynamic model of internal and external double-rotor system is established. Through the numerical calculation, the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the dual rotor system are obtained, and the rotor vibration response considering the misalignment of the support bearings of the outer rotor (high pressure rotor) is comparatively analyzed.
