在素质教育的大背景下,情绪或行为障碍问题极大地影响着青少年的身心健康,也对教师有效的课堂管理提出了挑战。从积极行为支持的角度,分析学生问题行为的社会性正强化、社会性负强化、自发性正强化和自发性负强化的功能。在此基础上,从高中思想政治教师的角度出发,针对情绪或行为障碍青少年课堂问题行为的干预策略进行了探讨,以期为这些特殊青少年的学习和成长提供必要的帮助。
In the context of quality education, the problems of emotional or behavioral disorders greatly affect the physical and mental health of adolescents, and also pose challenges to teachers’ effective classroom management. From the perspective of positive behavior support, this paper analyzes the social positive reinforcement, social negative reinforcement, spontaneous positive reinforcement and spontaneous negative reinforcement of student problem behaviors. On the basis of this, we discuss the intervention strategies of behavior problems of adolescents in emotional or behavioral disorders from the perspective of high school ideological and political teachers, with a view to providing necessary help for the learning and growth of these special teenagers.
