高职公共体育课是以传授学生运动技能,鼓励学生积极参加体育锻炼为主,体育考核方法则是实现课程教学目标的重要环节。而现行的体育课考核方法都较为单一,主要偏重学生的运动技能,忽略了体育课的整体性,不利于调动学生的课堂积极性。探索系统而全面的体育课成绩考核方法更有利于激发学生的课堂主动性,促进各层次的学生都积极参与到体育课堂学习当中。
The higher vocational public physical education class is based on imparting students sports skills, encouraging students to actively participate in physical exercises, and physical examination is an important part of achieving the goal of teaching. However, the current assessment methods of PE classes are relatively simple, mainly focusing on the students ’motor skills, neglecting the integrity of PE classes, which is not conducive to mobilizing students’ enthusiasm in the classroom. Exploring the systematic and comprehensive physical education curriculum performance assessment method is more conducive to inspire students’ classroom initiative and promote the students at all levels to actively participate in the study of physical education classroom.
