要提高民办高校学报的质量,必须构建民办高校学报的质量保障体系。本文就这一问题进行了探讨和分析。指出刊发论文的学术质量是保证民办高校学报学术质量的首要因素:稿件的编辑校对质量是保证民办高校学报质量的重要条件;贯彻高校学报相关规范要求,是提升民办高校学报质量的标志。这三个要素相辅相成,互为补充,缺一不可。惟有如此,民办高校学报质量保障体系的构建才能落到实处。
To improve the quality of journals of private colleges and universities, it is necessary to construct a quality guarantee system for journals of private colleges and universities. This article has carried on the discussion and the analysis to this question. It is pointed out that the academic quality of published papers is the primary factor to ensure the academic quality of journal of private colleges and universities. The quality of editors’ proofreading is an important condition to ensure the quality of journal of private colleges and universities. These three elements complement each other, complement each other, are indispensable. Only in this way, the construction of journals quality guarantee system of private colleges and universities can be implemented.
