目的探讨高氟对小鼠微核率的影响。方法实验组小鼠饮用不同浓度的含氟水,对照组小鼠饮用正常自来水;比较两组小鼠的微核率,用x2检验方法作显著性检验。结果实验组中饮用高氟水小鼠的微核率明显高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05);小鼠微核率与饮水含氟量有明显相关性(P<0.05)。结论高氟可增高小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞的微核率,说明高氟对小鼠的染色体有损伤作用,高氟可能是致突变物。
Objective To investigate the effect of high fluoride on micronucleus rate in mice. Methods The mice in the experimental group were given different concentrations of fluoride-containing water while the mice in the control group were fed normal tap water. The micronucleus rate was compared between the two groups of mice and the significance was tested by x2 test. Results The micronucleus rate of high fluoride water drinking mice in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). There was a significant correlation between the micronucleus rate of mice and the fluoride content in drinking water (P <0 .05). Conclusion High fluoride can increase micronucleus rate of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes in mice, indicating that high fluoride may damage the chromosome of mice, and high fluoride may be a mutagen.
