在中国陶瓷众多的品种中,单色釉瓷器当以白瓷最难制作,因为在成型工艺过程中,若有釉面不平的缺憾彩色纹饰可以遮丑。而白瓷就不同了,胎骨毕露,一览无余,若无很高的成型工艺技能,恐怕也轻易不敢揽这瓷器活儿。福建德化白瓷与北方地区的白瓷不同。记得1964年笔者与故宫博物院陶瓷专家孙瀛洲先生的儿子孙蕻琪同班学习古陶瓷的课程,当老师问到德化窑瓷器的特点时,孙蕻琪回答的一句话令人终生难忘, 也因此记住了这一鉴定要点,那便是:“德化窑的器物,不管胎子多厚,迎光照看都
