IL—2通过增强NK细胞和LAK细胞的活性,在肿瘤免疫中起着十分重要的作用;而机体免疫应答是十分复杂的。其中T_H细胞(OKT_4~+)和Ts细胞(OKT_(?)~+)及其比值(T_4/T_8)的动态平衡是决定机体免疫状态的重要环节。目前,对同一头颈部恶性肿瘤患者的外周血IL-2活性水平和T细胞亚群平行测定的研究尚未见报道,故本实验对此进行探讨。
IL-2 plays a very important role in tumor immunity by enhancing the activity of NK cells and LAK cells, and the immune response of the body is very complicated. The dynamic balance of T_H cells (OKT_4 ~ +) and Ts cells (OKT_ (~) ~ +) and its ratio (T_4 / T_8) is an important part of the body’s immune status. At present, the same head and neck cancer patients with peripheral blood levels of IL-2 activity and T cell subsets parallel determination of the study has not been reported, so this experiment to explore.
